General Overview

My home is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom west facing condo with floor to ceiling windows and catches the daily afternoon sun brightly! It is modern with all amenities and minimalist decor and maximum comfort. It's fully furnished with a 75" flatscreen TV, a comfortable sectional sofa with recliners, a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and all needed appliances. Small pets are welcome.

I live in the beautiful city of Chicago in Illinois! We are the 3rd largest city in the US and one of the few walking cities with a robust public transportation system (busses and trains). My home is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo on the second floor of a new construction built 3 years ago. The building is 5 floors plus a large rooftop space and an elevator. I have a small 11-lb miniature pinscher mix who is a timid but total sweetheart (in the picture). She travels with me so I do not need dog sitting when away. I am meticulously clean and will treat your home with the same respect as I do mine. Our building has a beautiful 360 degree rooftop with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gorgeous view of the city skyline. You get amazing sunrise and sunset views from there! My condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen with a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, quartz island and chef style sink, dishwasher, a 65” in TV with all streaming options, and a washer and dryer. I am on the edge of the Wicker Park neighborhood and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of Wicker Park as well as the popular area on Division St with restaurants, bars, boutique shops, hair and nail salons, etc. The Chicago Blue Line train stop is the same distance. There is also a bus stop right at the street corner with one going north and one going south. I lived in Chicago for the majority of the last 20 years in several different neighborhoods and happy to give recommendations for restaurants, shopping, local hangouts, etc. I listed a few locations I am hoping to visit this year but am open to any suggestions!
