Our bright, sun-filled two-bedroom apartment is in the heart of Gràcia, one of Barcelona’s most charming and sought-after neighborhoods. Tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street with friendly neighbors, the apartment offers the perfect balance of tranquility and city life. Just a short stroll away, you'll find lively plaças, outstanding restaurants, cozy cafés, and one of Barcelona’s best arthouse cinemas, showcasing films in their original language. With three major metro stations just a 5–10 minute walk away, exploring the entire city is easy—from the historic center to the beaches of the Mediterranean. Whether you're visiting for culture, food, or relaxation, our home is an wonderful base for experiencing the best of Barcelona.

The Space

The bright living area opens onto a peaceful rear balcony, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor space to relax, read, or enjoy your morning coffee. For music lovers, the apartment also features a piano. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. The two bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the apartment, providing extra privacy for families, friends, or couples traveling together. Two bathrooms add to the convenience: one with a bathtub/shower and sink, and a second with a toilet and sink.

Our home is a 30-minute taxi ride from Barcelona airport. Bus and train options are also available.

Our house is 5 minutes walk from the Fontana and Joanic metro stations, and 10 minutes from the Gràcia FGC train station.
