our cozy 1-bedroom apartment in Regent's Place for a short stay.. it’s zona1, pls check zip code Nw1 3Ds.
It has a separate bedroom, a spacious living room, and a large balcony - my absolute favorite part of the apartment
Location is hard to beat:
9-minute walk to Regent's Park
15-minute walk to Oxford Street
2 minutes to Northern & Victoria line stations
• 5 minutes to Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines
The apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay:
- Coffee machine
- massage chair
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Beautiful terrace
- Dedicated workspace with a monitor (i guess you will not use it, but still)
The flat is bright, quiet, and very cozy - perfect for both relaxing and working from home.
Sleeping arrangements:
1 Double bed in the separate bedroom
2 large sofa in the living room that can comfortably accommodate only two people, otherwise the sofa have to be removed every day.
Cleaning fee is 50£.
Our calendar is up to date, so pls check and let me know.
In 2026 all our trips are planned already, so I may offer only your stay when we are out.

My husband and I recently moved to London, while our three kids are still living in Spain, so we often split our time between the two countries. This means our homes are frequently available for exchanges.
