My home is a three story loft located in the arts district of downtown Denver. 

It’s charmingly minimal and is a zen oasis in the heart of the artist community in Denver. You can live like a New Yorker (native NYer) and walk or scooter everywhere.

There’s two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with a third day bed on the studio (top) floor. Two private outdoor spaces provide inspiration and privacy - with city and Mountain View’s. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony as well overlooking the courtyard. 

I use the top floor as a photography studio (I’m a photographer) and everyone that comes over says the loft feels like a gallery. There’s gallery style hanging and lighting throughout, and care given the flow of the space. 

There’s industrial and exposed finished provides a romantic and urban feel – while the fireplace and over 30 plants make it feel cozy. The first floor has 20 foot ceiling and the top two floors have 14 foot ceilings literally giving space to think. 

There’s a door code so never need to worry about losing keys, WiFi internet and streaming services.
