General Overview

A house of about 250m2 on 2000m2 of land, on one level, with 4 suites (to accommodate 8 people) There is a swimming pool in the garden and from the terrace you can see the sea. The beach is 50 meters away.

The Space

The rooms are at least 20m2. 3 bedrooms in the house with air conditioning, each their own shower room and toilet, 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a super king size bed, 1 with a 160 cm bed (my daughter's room), all have direct access to the garden. The fourth bedroom is an independent bungalow, on stilts, with air conditioning, an equipped kitchenette, a shower room/toilet and a balcony with sea view. There is a large living room with high ceilings, a large open fitted kitchen, a TV room with large screen and a laundry room, as well as a guest toilet. The outdoor areas are: the covered veranda with sea view, a bar, a large table for 8 people and an area with sofas, a 12x5 swimming pool with its deck and sun loungers, pool pergola with worktop and sink, as well as toilets, an outdoor shower.

Neighbourhood

It is a village by the sea, 125km from Fortaleza International Airport. The village is touristic for a large part of the year, many beautiful second homes on the front line, events such as the Gastronomy Festival in September, New Year's Eve, music and craft festivals... The house is close to the beach and close to the village center on foot, with all amenities: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, health post, French bakery/pastry shop and other small shops, as well as bars, restaurants, shops, kite-surfing schools, padel-tennis club, riding school etc. The nearest town is Fortim, 7km away with more amenities. It is a very relaxing place, still quite wild, with a small community of French people all year round and the local Brazilians are very welcoming and warm. The climate is perfect: between 28°C and 30°C all year round, constant wind and no pollution, incredible fauna and flora. A great destination for people wishing to rest, discover the region, or telework, learn or improve kite-surfing, etc.

125km, Fortaleza International Airport. Direct flights from Paris with Air France (between 3 and 5 times a week depending on the time of year). Direct flights from Lisbon with TAP Portugal (daily). Direct flights from Madrid with Iberia.

Getting Around

You can get around the village on foot, 10 minutes from the village centre, or by bike. You can rent a car or a buggy. My car is on site (jeep compass) and could be available for guests.

Elizabeth

I'm Elizabeth, 35 years old, mother of India 11 years old. I've been living in Brazil for 14 years, where India was born, but I'm French. I opened my French bakery/pastry shop here.
