Within the development, there is a bakery, two restaurants, a café, a shop, and a hairdresser.
There is direct access from the airport by bus (the last departure from the airport is at 11:00 PM), followed by an 800-meter walk from the bus stop. It takes about 10–15 minutes to reach the metro, and around 30 minutes to get to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
