We are Mouna and Dahmane, I am a consultant and my husband is self-employed.
We have two young children: a 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl.

Now that our children are growing up, we want to introduce them to the world and experience new adventures as a family. We love to share simple moments together, explore new places, learn about other cultures, and create beautiful memories.

Curious and respectful, we enjoy encounters, new experiences and trips that allow us to get out of our daily lives. Home exchange is a great way for us to travel in a different way, while offering our children the opportunity to discover new horizons.

This is our first home exchange experience, but we are excited to embark on this adventure and we will take great care of your home, as we do ours.

The Space

Our house is old and completely renovated with care. It combines the charm of the old with modern comfort. It opens onto a pleasant quiet terrace, ideal for relaxing, enjoying the sunny days and resting in peace.

The house consists of, on the ground floor:
* A pleasant living room with an open kitchen. The sofa can be used as a bed for one person.

* A large bedroom equipped with a sofa bed and a children's play area (the photo with the orange sofa)

Upstairs, you will find 
*One bathroom
* Two communicating bedrooms (in a row): a master bedroom with a double bed, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed.

A small basement that serves as a cellar to put the washing machine and dryer.

The area is quiet and ideally located in the immediate vicinity of shops (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy...). You will also find a nautical stadium and its lake a few steps away, the banks of the Marne as well as wooded areas conducive to walks and relaxation. The train station is a 15-minute walk away and Paris is just a 20-minute train ride away.

Notes

We have a lot of games, toys, books... for children. 
We can provide an extra travel cot and stroller if needed. 

Depending on the period, we can provide: 2 bikes for adults (one electric with a seat behind) and a children's bike, a balance bike.

Neighbourhood

Whether you are a sports lover, nature lover or family leisure enthusiast, you will find many activities nearby. The Olympic Nautical Stadium is a 10-minute walk away, and the banks of the Marne offer a pleasant setting for walks, cycling or outdoor activities. Between the leisure centres, the forests and the large surrounding green spaces, everyone will be able to find what they are looking for.

Finally, Disneyland Paris is only 25 minutes away by car, for a magical getaway for a day.

Nearest airport

Roissy–Charles-de-Gaulle airport is 35 minutes away and Orly airport is 40 minutes away.

Getting Around

The car is not necessary if you want to discover the city and go to Paris. 

We are a 15-minute walk from the train station, which takes you in 20 minutes to the center of Paris (Gare de l'Est).
