Neighbourhood

Quiet neighborhood with extensive walking opportunity. Walk to hiking trail to the Sombrero peak mountain and Sanctuary cove trails behind my house. As an avid hiker, I appreciate to be surrounded by numerous mountains with national and state parks for hiking opportunities.

Nearest airport

TUS Tucson airport is a 30 minute drive or Uber. PHX Phoenix airport can be reached with the Groom shuttle at the Twin Peaks stop located at an 8 minuted drive from my house. The shuttle ride from Twin Peaks to/from PHX is typically 1.45 hours or less depending on traffic in Phoenix.
