General Overview

Welcome to our gîte! Completely renovated, our cottage offers a large living room with kitchen and two bedrooms each with shower room and toilet. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds that we can join to make a 180 bed. It is located at the end of our garden on a vast wooded plot of more than 2330m2 and offers you calm and comfort. We occupy the main house, also located on the grounds, but it is far enough away from the gite to guarantee the privacy necessary for a good stay even if we are there during your visit. Our cat Mina, walks in the garden but she also lives in the main house and if we are away she needs very little attention. The garden has two vegetable garden areas and a variety of fruit trees. In our absence a little watering will be necessary and you will be able to enjoy its generosity.

The Space

Situated in a quiet residential area, our cottage is just a few minutes walk from the village of Cournanel and 1.5km from the town of Limoux and all modern conveniences as well as local shops, cafes and parks. We love to hear the birds and have the proximity of the modern and the old, the village has more than a thousand years of history like almost all the villages of the Aude.
