General Overview

Located in beautiful Orange County, CA, our cute little condo is the perfect spot for your coastal getaway. Our home is part of a master-planned resort-style neighborhood with a huge selection of free amenities: 7+ pools, multiple gyms, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bars, a sports park, and more. Located right outside our front door is a children's playground, and right around the corner (a 1 minute walk) is our neighborhood outdoor, heated pool area which has a hot tub, tiki bar (staffed with bartenders on the summer weekends), bocci ball courts, and clubhouse.you could have a perfect vacation without even leaving the zip code! If you do want to adventure out, Orange County is exactly halfway between LA and San Diego, so feel free to explore in either direction and then come back to your comfy bed at night. Within Orange County, you'll find beautiful beaches, charming cities, multiple amusement parks (30 minutes from Disneyland!) excellent shopping, and lots of fine dining. This truly is a perfect location.

The Space

Our home is a two story condo with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a loft, and a lovely covered patio. All bedrooms are upstairs, leaving a spacious gathering area on the bottom floor. The Primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large shower, dual vanity, and private toilet room. There is also a walk in closet, a bay window nook, and a king size bed. The top of the stairs opens into a loft space that has a craft table and large floor play-space. The second bedroom is a home-office that may or may not be available for guests during your visit. The third bedroom is located right next to the upstairs full bathroom with a bathtub, and has a queen size bed. The downstairs living room has a large Lovesac sectional couch that can be reconfigured into an addition sleep space, if needed. Downstairs is engineered wood flooring, and upstairs is carpet in the bedrooms with tile in the bathrooms.

Guest Access

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is RICH with luxury amenities! As mentioned before, there is a pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and tiki bar just 1 minute from our front door. Additionally we have a newly renovated gym just down the road (a 3 minute drive). Beyond our tiny little neighborhood, but within the broader reach of our larger community (and still included in our HOA) are an additional 7+ pools, clubhouses, hang out spots, tennis ball courts, pickleball courts, soccer fields, horse trails, hiking trails, walking paths, community farms, and beautiful beautiful views of the protected nature preserve that we live on. Let's communicate before your visit and I can share with you what fun events may be taking place during your stay, such as farmers markets, concerts, evening fairs, holiday events, and more.

Getting to my home

From I-5, going north or south, take the 'Ortega highway 74' exit and make your way east, toward the mountains. Follow Ortega for 3 miles until you reach Antonio road. Take a left hand turn onto Antonio, and follow it for half a mile. Turn right onto Sendero and you'll be in our tiny little neighborhood. Take your first right onto Adelfa and you will find out house located in the 3rd building on your left side. Our front door is on the back of the building, right by the park. Any parking spot you see is free for guests to use. We'll need to get you a guest pass with the HOA, but that can easily be arranged. Street parking on Sendero does not need a guest pass. Be sure to note the Street Sweeping sign so you do not get a ticket.

SNA Santa Ana Airport- 30-40 minutes/22 miles. Other airports: LAX is 1 hour away (62 miles) SAN is 1 hour away (68 miles) ONT is 1 hour away (51 miles)

Getting Around

Depending on our trade agreement, we may have a car you can use. Unfortunately there is very little public transit in our area. Our neighborhood often has free shittles for the beach or special events, and if you can make your way to the nearest cities, such a San Juan Capistrano and Dana Point, they often have free trolleys in the summer as well.
