General Overview

Our home is a large, spacious, ADA accessible modern home with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. We are in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails (bridle paths that connect to the well-known Highline Canal trail). We are 12 minutes from the popular Cherry Creek North shops and restaurants, 12-15 minutes from Park Meadows, 45 minutes to Boulder and an easy day trip to a plethora of other locations such as Vail, Winter Park, Keystone, etc. Two bedrooms have king size beds and two rooms each have a queen bed. All have premium mattresses and linens. There are also 2 dedicated work spaces- one office inside the home and one ADU that is an office and a gym. Additionally, a hot tub provides relaxation after a day of exploring.
