General Overview

***Sorry, not available until the end of October 2026*** This is a lovely flat in a very nice part of Berlin, right in the heart of of the city yet close to the water in a save neighborhood. Lots of sunlight, freshly renovated, with balcony and high ceilings and original stucco from the 1920s. The listing is under construction :) we have moved into this condo half a year ago, when we were renvating our main home in a different city. So both homes are not yet finished as they are supposed to be. Therefore, we are are mainly looking to spend a globe or 2 in 2026 and 2027 before we dive into the real 1:1 exchanges again.
