General Overview

Large, sunny studio apartment on the third floor of a 3-floor walk-up. Queen size bed, kitchen, bathroom, dining space for two, seating area, 2 workspaces- 1 with a 34” monitor, the other for art/crafts. SF homes don’t have AC because we only need it about 1 week per year. No microbe or dishwasher. Laundry and dryer is in the garage on the fist floor. Two very sweet, clean girl cats- sister opposites. The apartment does not smell like cats or urine. Posie: the super-friendly (sometimes needy ) Tortie loves to be pet and might talk to you. Playing with the wand toy is a must to use up her energy. Test your own skill to see if you can get her to jump 4 ft in the air. Callie: a very shy Tabico, who might stay behind the chair while you’re home. Coax her out with a toy and a trail of treats and you might be rewarded with the loudest purr you’ve ever heard. These are the easiest kittens ever because they free feed kibble and drink from a water fountain. Scoop litter 1x in the morning- if you forget one day you won’t be penalized. The have never gone outside the litter box or thrown up. Apartment Walks Score: 98%. Great restaurants and bars with tons of outdoor space. Ft Mason, Ft Point, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. The Presidio and Tunnel Tops Park, Marina Green, Beaches, running, biking, and hiking paths.
