General Overview

The house dates back to the 30s and has been recently renovated, it is located in a quiet area of the city, about one km from the sea. It is characterized by beautiful and large plants such as wisteria, magnolia, ginkgo biloba, hibiscus, fig, pomegranate, jasmine, strawberry tree, and aromatic plants such as helichrysum, lavender, sage, and the garden takes on different colors depending on the blooms and seasons. The house is equipped with photovoltaic systems, air conditioning, heating and fiber optic wi-fi internet. It is also ideal for working from home as it combines comfort and technology with a positive relationship with nature and the possibility of being outdoors. The double-sided fireplace and the 2-seater Jacuzzi are certainly very pleasant amenities. Inside, we have reused family furniture in combination with new pieces and custom-made creations, with a view to sustainability and uniqueness.

The Space

The house has a courtyard at the front where you can park your car or motorcycle and there is the charging wallbox for electric cars. A large wisteria plant climbs up the façade. Entering you enter a large living room with sofa, TV, wet bar and double-sided fireplace which has three windows overlooking the garden. The kitchen is large and complete with everything, there is a 6-seater table and a high table for breakfast or snacks. In the garden, under the magnificent Gingko biloba, there is a 6-seater table where you can eat together or work in peace. There is also a service bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them has an en suite bathroom with a spacious jacuzzi for 2. There is also a small balcony.

The house is located 800m from the train station and is therefore within walking distance. The nearest airport is Ancona, but it is also very easy to get from Rome and Bologna. Traveling by car you can best explore this region between sea and hills.
