Our apartment is located in Levallois-Perret, right on the edge of Paris. We love living here because it offers a relaxed neighborhood atmosphere while remaining extremely well connected to the city.

The Metro Line 3 provides direct access across Paris, and Batignolles can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike. Whether you want to explore cafés, museums, markets or nightlife, Paris is right at your doorstep.

The apartment is bright and sunny throughout the day and occupies the 4th floor of a traditional building (please note there is no elevator). The heart of the home is a large 45 m² open-plan living space with exposed wooden beams, combining the kitchen, dining area and living room.

The kitchen is very well equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking, and both the kitchen and living room open onto a long balcony with a small seating area where you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

There are two double bedrooms, including our daughter's room, bathroom, and a separate toilet, . The apartment is comfortable year-round, with good insulation that keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter.

We love design and beautiful interiors, but our home is made to be lived in — stylish, welcoming, and not filled with fragile objects. You'll also meet our many houseplants, which bring a lot of life to the space.

The building has a secure bicycle storage room, friendly neighbours, and we are happy to welcome cat lovers: our home is cat-friendly.
