A bright and welcoming Bordeaux townhouse dating from 1880, located in Judaïque–Saint Seurin, one of Bordeaux's most desirable central neighbourhoods. Part of Bordeaux's UNESCO-listed architectural heritage, the house combines historic charm with comfort and a relaxed, lived-in atmosphere. Filled with natural light and opening onto a private garden, it is the kind of place where you can enjoy long breakfasts, share a good bottle of wine with friends, or simply unwind after a day exploring the city.

The Space

The house offers three bedrooms: two spacious bedrooms and a smaller bedroom for a child. It also features a comfortable living room and a dining room opening onto the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space during the warmer months. The private garden is one of our favourite parts of the house , a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunshine, have lunch outdoors, read a book, or gather around a barbecue with family.

To me, it offers a wonderful combination of elegant architecture, outstanding food and wine, a relaxed pace of life and easy access to the ocean. I never tire of wandering through its streets, cycling around the city or escaping to nearby places such as Saint-Émilion, Cap Ferret, Arcachon, Lacanau and the Médoc vineyards.
