Home is located in highly desirable 4 season tourist area.  Our valley has a beautiful 50 mile lake, spectacular ski areas and a huge variety of award winning wineries.

The Space

Our home is a modern spacious two bedroom one bath walk out suite. It provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere very close to all amenities.  Privacy is assured with a lovely rural view of trees and mountains.  
Two large bedrooms, both with queen size beds, provide comfort and quiet for refreshing sleeps. The bonus Sauna allows for a most relaxing stay
A fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher gives you flexibility for your dining experience. 
The comfortable living room has a large screen television with cable and streaming capability. Room for board games and puzzles is there on the modern dining table and chairs.  Gigabit WiFi is included. 
A full, private backyard allows for games and just hanging out in the quiet, peaceful space.

We are a senior couple in West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.  We have a full 2 bedroom suite available for swap on a concurrent basis or at different times convenient to both parties.  The suite is complete with full kitchen, bathroom and fully furnished with 2 queen sized beds.  We have not exchanged homes before but have done RV exchanges in 5 different countries.  We are looking for exchanges particularly in Canada but open to anything worldwide.
