A delightful oasis in South Beach, which has been enjoyed by several friends. I spend most of my time on the terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami. The beach and all else in South Beach is walkable or bikeable.

There are 3 washers and 3 dryers down the hall on the same floor. I have never found them all used at once.

Cleaning & Linen Policy: Because I live here full-time, a professional cleaning crew resets the property immediately after every checkout. There is a mandatory $125 cleaning and linen fee due upon arrival (via Venmo, PayPal, or cash). This covers a full top-to-bottom sanitize and professional laundry service for all sheets and towels, allowing you to simply pack up and enjoy your final morning!
