General Overview

A warm and design-led townhouse in the heart of Beaconsfield, inner Sydney. We have a large sunny patio surrounded by leafy jasmine bushes and a beautiful tall gum tree, perfect for outdoor meals. We also have a fire pit you can use :)

The Space

There is one master bedroom with and ensuite and an additional guest bathroom. Open plan living area with kitchen and super comfy sofa, with a projector + PS5. Corner block with windows facing east, west and south. Plenty of natural light. Large 40m2 patio with barbecue, fire pit and entertainer deck, surrounded by tall jasmine bushes. Recently designer-renovated kitchen and bathrooms with warm natural materials, earthy tones, and playful touches throughout — including a quirky yellow staircase.

Guest Access

2 floors two flights of stairs internally, a few steps to the front door. Guests will check in independently via a safe key box.

Notes

Aircon/Heating in master bedroom only. For the living area downstairs we have a portable electric heater. Cleaning fee for non-simultaneous exchanges is $200 and it includes laundry of all used linens and towels. If you are happy to do the laundry yourself before departure, then the cleaning fee is $150.

Neighbourhood

Beaconsfield is one of Sydney’s most sought-after inner-city suburbs, moments from cafés, parks, and restaurants, while still feeling quiet and community-focused. Beaconsfield sits between Alexandria and Green Square, just minutes from the CBD, beaches, and airport. Coogee is the closest beach at 15 minutes drive or 20 minutes by direct bus. All other Eastern Suburbs beaches are easily accessible by car. The CBD is a quick drive away, or a 5 minutes train ride from Green Square station to Central Station.

Getting Around

Meters away from Botany Road, with plenty of buses to and from the city and main train stations. 15 minutes walk to Green Square train station. From there, it is 5 minutes to the City Centre and 15 minutes to the Sydney Opera House. We are a 15 minutes drive to Coogee Beach and a little further to all other Eastern Beaches. There are plenty of cafes and eateries on Botany Road, a pharmacy and an IGA meters from the house, and the Cannery retail and food precinct is a 5 minutes walk away, with Three Blue Ducks Restaurant, Archie Rose gin distillery, Messina Gelato, a brewery, Aldi and Whole Foods, a deli, Lune Croissanterie and various eateries.
