Neighbourhood

Beaconsfield is one of Sydney’s most sought-after inner-city suburbs, moments from cafés, parks, and restaurants, while still feeling quiet and community-focused. Beaconsfield sits between Alexandria and Green Square, just minutes from the CBD, beaches, and airport. Coogee is the closest beach at 15 minutes drive or 20 minutes by direct bus. All other Eastern Suburbs beaches are easily accessible by car. The CBD is a quick drive away, or a 5 minutes train ride from Green Square station to Central Station.

Meters away from Botany Road, with plenty of buses to and from the city and main train stations. 15 minutes walk to Green Square train station. There are plenty of cafes and eateries on Botany Road, a pharmacy and an IGA meters from the house, and the Cannery retail and food precinct is a 5 minutes walk away, with Three Blue Ducks Restaurant, Archie Rose gin distillery, Messina Gelato, a brewery, Aldi and Whole Foods, a deli, Lune Croissanterie and various eateries.
