Our geodesic is located in Ibicoara, in the heart of Chapada Diamantina, one of the most beautiful natural regions in Brazil, known for its mountains, waterfalls, trails and incredible landscapes. The space was created to provide rest, connection with nature and simpler and more conscious experiences. The geodesic has a unique and welcoming architecture, offering the special experience of staying in a dome surrounded by nature, silence and starry sky. The environment was designed to bring comfort and presence, combining simplicity, charm and connection with the natural surroundings. The dome has a comfortable bed, kitchen utensils, private bathroom, Wi-Fi internet and a whirlpool bathtub overlooking the mountains — one of the favorite spaces for guests to relax after trails and waterfalls. The property has two bathrooms: one private in the geodesic and the other next to the sauna area. It is an ideal place for those who want to slow down, work remotely in the midst of nature, write, create, meditate or simply rest. The region has many waterfalls, trails, rivers and viewpoints, as well as a strong connection with ecotourism, spirituality and natural life. It is also a great destination for those who appreciate adventure, contemplation and authentic experiences away from the big cities. We live in a quiet and safe area, in close contact with nature. The dome includes a comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom, Wi-Fi internet, and a hot tub with mountain views — one of our guests' favorite places to relax after exploring waterfalls and hiking trails. The property has two bathrooms: one private bathroom inside the geodesic dome and another next to the sauna area. It is an ideal place for people looking to slow down, work remotely in nature, write, create, meditate, or simply relax. The region is full of waterfalls, rivers, hiking trails, and viewpoints, with a strong connection to ecotourism, spirituality, and natural living. It is also a wonderful destination for those who appreciate adventure, contemplation, and authentic experiences away from big cities. We live in a peaceful and safe area, closely connected to nature. The Space

Around the geodesics there is garden space with table and chairs, fire pit area and space to park the car. This living area is free for the guest to enjoy freely, along with the residents of the geodesics and neighboring houses.

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is quiet and they respect each other's privacy. Sometimes it happens that neighbors put on loud music, but it doesn't interfere much with the peace and tranquility where the dome is located

Getting to my home

To get to my house you can take a flight to Salvador (Bahia), and from there take a bus or a car to Ibicoara. From the city center to here it is 15 km (name of the rural area is Campo Redondo), so if you have a car you can get there by taking a dirt road (which is in the process of being paved). If you come by bus, you need to get a taxi here. Another possibility is to take a flight to Vitória da Conquista, which is closer than Salvador, and from there take a bus or rent a car to get to Ibicoara, and to my house in Campo Redondo.

Glauber Rocha Airport (Vitória da Conquista) is 230km away Deputado Luis Eduardo Magalhães Airport (Salvador) is 450km away

Getting Around

Here there is no public transport. So to access snack bars, restaurants, markets in the area where I live you can do it on foot, by bicycle, car, motorcycle or even hitchhiking. To go to the fair, market, bank and other stores in the city you need transportation, as it is 15km away. But it is common in the region to give rides. We even have a group of carpoolers.
