General Overview
The house is one kilometer from the center of Puerto Viejo de Limón, a Caribbean town in the Costa Rican South Caribbean, near the border with Panama 220 kilometers from the capital. This house is our second home, our beach house for family vacations. It is decorated with memories of our travels and experiences we have lived.
The Space
The house is on the second floor, it has an ethnic, rustic, tropical style. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king bed and a single bed, with its dressing room and full bathroom. At pool level, next to the house, you have a third bedroom with air conditioning, two queen beds and a full bathroom. It has a space with a high ceiling that integrates the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen, it opens onto a large terrace overlooking the pool, vegetation and tall trees in which it is common to see howler monkeys passing by in the mornings and afternoons, as well as a number of birds.
Guest Access
It has parking space for two vehicles at the rear of the house, an access staircase that leads to a middle floor with the pool surrounded by a deck and one of the three bedrooms. You go up to the upper floor to the terrace that opens to the house with the social area and a bedroom and bathroom on each side.
Notes
The house is 50 meters from the street, across the street is Playa Cocles with waves for surfing. If you want a calm beach you can go to Playa Chiquita, Punta Uva, etc.
