The Space

Three stories, 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Parking space and backyard with BBQ. This is our primary residence. This home has a front porch with a small garden that needs water. First floor has a living room, dining room, bathroom and bedroom. This level has a back door to the back patio and garden. 2nd floor has two bedrooms, office, full bathroom and laundry room. Top floor has master bedroom, closet and full bathroom.

Three floors. One flight of stairs from the street to the front porch, one flight from first floor to second and second to third.
