General Overview

Our condo is a one bedroom one bathroom condo that sleeps four. Full kitchen, plenty of linens, toys, books, and is located on the ground floor thirty feet from a gated pool and bbq. A five minute walk down the driveway, across the street, to the Kam ll beach. One of the best beaches on Maui. The condo sleeps four, with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. A walk in shower and toilet in a separate room from the sink. There are two, rolling, ac units: one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The lanai has a table and four chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning while watching the birds, or in the evening watching the beautiful sunset coloring the sky.

The Space

The main living area faces the lanai and grassy area with the fenced in pool/bbq area directly across the lawn, about 30 feet away. A sliding patio door leads you to the lanai. There is a pull out queen sofa bed, dining table with four chairs. A full kitchen next to the living area. A flat screen tv and portable rolling ac units that cool the entire area. The back bedroom also has an ac unit as well as fans. It has a king size bed, plenty of dresser space, and a closet to hang up clothes. The bathroom has a walk in shower and the toilet. Next to this area is a separate sink and closet with plenty of towels for both inside and the pool. There are lounge chairs, ice chest, a wagon, paddle board, umbrellas for the beach, sand toys as well as inside toys for the kids. Lots of books left by previous guests. Also full size washer and dryer inside the condo. Walking to the beach, and putting your feet into the ocean, will take approximately 5-10 minutes depending on your stride. There are plenty of restaurants, an ice cream shop, and general shopping all within walking distance of the condo. There is a designated parking spot for your rental car.

Guest Access

The condo is located on the bottom floor with access by way of an elevator to go down, or ten steps down to the main level.

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is located away from the large tourists areas and the mega hotels. The beaches are less crowded and the parking is easier. Leave your car at the condo parking area, and use the wagon to take all of your beach things and walk down the driveway, cross the street to two of the nicest beaches on Maui. If you drive, there is a parking fee at the beaches.

Getting to my home

Getting to my condo is easy with GPS. Or just follow the signs to Kihei from the airport. There is public bus transportation, as well as uber and taxi service. It's about a 25 minute drive from the airport to the condo.

Hi! I live in southern California, but I also have a condo in Maui, Hawaii. I like to travel and really love Florida: The wildlife and nature. I have friends and family that already have homes in Delray, Tamarack, and Boca. I want to see what it would be like to live in Florida. I'm looking for a one month exchange with my Maui condo. I would be the one living in your home, but my daughter's family would come join me for the two weeks during the winter break. My condo in Maui is located in Kihei, with a five to ten minute walk to the Kam ll or Kam lll beach. It just depends on how fast you walk. Our condo is normally rented out for a few days to several months to families that want to come to Hawaii. It is a one bedroom with a king size bed, and a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. A full kitchen and dining area. A ground floor lanai with access to a gated pool and bbq thirty feet away from our back door. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a toilet, and a separate sink. Plenty of towels and linens. It is a non-smoking complex, except for an area far from our unit. There is an elevator if needed. Plenty of toys and sand toys are in the unit. There's ac units in both the bedroom and living room.
