If you have a car, it’s a 25 min commute to the middle of the city/ Southbank/ and entertainment + cultural precincts. It’s also a simple 15 min drive to Mt Cootha lookout, botanical gardens and lone pine koala sanctuary.

Notes

Ideally, we would like a house swap with someone who can look after our pets at the same time as they are more comfortable staying at home while we are away and are very easy to care for. We are also happy to look after theirs while we house swap. We have one very cute older beagle (9 yrs old) and 2 x young easy going and super friendly Birman cats who sleep a lot during the day and love company whenever possible. Holly's favourite time of day is afternoon walk time but more than anything, they all just love to snooze by your feet as you chill/ work or chat. They are very happy, friendly, easy pets and super affectionate with people and kids.

We are a family of 5: (2x professionals and 3 x teenagers 18, 15 and 12 yrs old). 
We are an extremely respectful and tidy family and will treat your home like our own. We also own an Airbnb and are very conscious of how to treat someone else’s property with the utmost care. We have a placid friendly 9 yr old beagle and 2 x affectionate Birman indoor cats, all of which are extremely easy to care for,, friendly and love cuddles! We would welcome a house and pet swap so we can care for your furbabies at the same time as holidaying and vice versa, but also happy to mind your place if you don’t have pets!
