General Overview

We have recently renovated and extended our heritage Mt Eden villa. It's perfect for a family holiday in Auckland

The Space

We have four generous bedrooms and three modern bathrooms with a large fully equipped kitchen looking out to an in- ground swimming pool. In addition there is a massive basement and games room - a perfect retreat for kids and teens, with plenty of space to unwind.

Guest Access

The house is over three levels, so guests would need to be comfortable climbing stairs.

Notes

We have a holiday house in Ruapehu that can be included in the exchange. We can also offer the use of a car and our mountain bikes.

We are an easy stroll to Kingsland Train Station, whisking you directly into downtown Auckland in no time. We are also nestled between two of Auckland’s best dining strips. Walk to Kingsland Village for trendy cafes, craft beer pubs, and artisan bakeries, or explore Dominion Road, famous for its vibrant, authentic Asian eateries.
