We have a 5 bedroom century home on a tree lined street right in the city. Its bright and spacious and while updated, it retains much of the charm of its age. With a front and rear garden and lots of parking there is lots of space.
The Space
The house has four floors. The basement is un-finished and is a workshop, although the sauna is down there as well. The main floor has a kitchen, living room, listening room, music room and dining room as well as a bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, an office, a TV room, laundry room and plant room. There is also a bathroom on the second floor. There are two sets of stairs, although the main set of stairs only goes to between the first and second floor. The third floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Guest Access
Guests are welcome to use all four floors of the house and are only asked to stay out of the music room on the main floor
Notes
We have two small dogs that we will kennel when we loan the house. If you like dogs and are interested in having them while you stay, we can work out a 'thank you' for minding them. they require two walks a day and only eat kibble so aren't much trouble

Neighbourhood
We are in a quiet residential pocket in the bustling west end of Toronto. We are just a 10 minute walk from Geary st. (called "Toronto's coolest street"). We are 2kms from Bloor St and close to lots of transit - it is a 2 minute walk to the closest bus stop on Dufferin st. and a 5 minute walk to the St. Clair streetcar. The neighbourhood is lovely to walk with lots of tree canopy and award winning gardens.
Getting to my home
From YYZ you can take the UP express to Bloor street, then the subway to Ossington and the Ossington bus to Regal road. From there it is a 5 minute walk to us. From union station (train) its a short subway ride to St. Clair west station and then a 5 minute streetcar west to Northcliffe then a 5 minute walk. If you are driving we can acomodate up to 7 cars in our driveway and we have a car charger should you require one
Nearest airport
YYZ is about 20kms away, but the traffic can make it a 45 minute cab ride
Getting Around
