Neighbourhood

The residential complex is mostly quiet. In summer it can get a little livelier, as many owners from Madrid or Valencia use their holiday home. There are about four apartments in the complex, which are also rented out to tourists from time to time.

Nearest airport

The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia. Both are easily accessible by car. Alicante is about 100 km away, Valencia about 105 km.

Getting Around

A car is practical, especially if you want to explore the surroundings of the Costa Blanca. Dénia has several beautiful stretches of beach; from our apartment the street Las Marinas leads towards the city center. The centre of Dénia is about 10 km away. Directly in front of the residential complex there is a small promenade with a stone beach. About 250 meters further, at the end of the promenade, the beach merges into the next sandy beach section. A small supermarket, which is also open on weekends, is about 550 meters away. A restaurant and a bar are located about 100 meters from the apartment, a cafeteria can be reached after about 200-300 meters. For larger purchases, there are several supermarkets in the area. Aldi, Lidl, Consum and Mas y Mas are all within a radius of about 3 to 5 km. The large shopping centre Portal de la Marina in Ondara is about 9.5 km away. For larger purchases, excursions and trips to Jávea, Moraira, Valencia or Alicante, a car is recommended.
