General Overview

Our home is a nice 3 bedroom, 2 baths house, in a great area, close to Jacksonville, the vicinity has lots of restaurants, stores, and many diversified commerces all in walk distance. It is 45min to paradise St Augustine, 1.5 hours to Daytona Beach and Cape Canaveral, 2.5h from Orlando and Parks, and about 3.5h to Tampa. Many of the best Florida springs are less than 1.5 - 2h and the city of Jacksonville is about 25min. The place is great, ready and cozy. We are a very clean and organized couple who travels a lot between USA, Brazil and Portugal and we look forward to expand our possibilities.

The Space

The house has a large living room with fireplace, large screen TV, home theater, dvd collection and more. Full kitchen and dinning area, with dish washer, oven, stove, fridge with ice maker, toaster, microwave and is ready for everything you can possibly need. Two full bathrooms with hot water throughout the house, home office, back porch, charcoal grill.

Guest Access

One store house, NOT suitable for children and limited access to handicapped, it is NOT prepared for low mobility people.

Absolutely no pets, no children under 16 years old, no parties, nor groups larger than 4 people.
