Our home has three bedrooms , recently renovated bathroom,ensuite and a new kitchen. It has gas fired central heating and a wood burner. Our home is located close to all amenities including supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restraunts and bars . It is also close to the university hospital and local doctor, we are a mere 8 kilometres from the nearest beach and several other beaches are within 20 Km. what we love about our home is that closeness to all amenities, closeness to the beaches and mountains. Our home is warm and cosy and the city centre is just 5k,away.,with regular bus service to and.from the centre . Hi 
We are a couple of retired Civil servants from the beautiful county of Waterford in South East Ireland. We are both in our sixties and especially since we retired,we both adore travelling. We especially like France but are open to other adventures.
This is our first time seeking a simultaneous home swop ,so, naturally, we are a little nervous but we still think home exchanges are the way to go for the future.
