hey there :) I have been living in Munich, Germany for 8 years. Really love the concept of home swapping. My flat is located in the south of munich in a residential area, you get all you need within walking distance, with metro, you reach in the center in about 20 min. My flat is about 41 square meter, with 2 floors, the upper floor is bedroom, and lower floor is living room. I have also home office set up, since i work at home, feel free to use it! My kitchen is very well equipped. The flat has a big south facing balcony, you get sun the whole day. :D Happy have a virtual flat tour, and looking forward to the swapping!
