General Overview

It feels like Summer camp! Our private half acre bordered by trees and is up a long driveway off a quiet street. It features a hot tub on the large deck off the master suite so you can bird watch while soaking, a koi pond with waterfall, a large kitchen with a deck off the back, a gas fireplace and a bonus yurt space for yoga or whatever. A separate cabin (interior shown) is also available if needed. Beautiful garden, tons of birdsong, lots of nearby trails, minutes to downtown Portland or Beaverton.

The Space

The primary suite, an office, 2nd bedroom, cozy sitting room and large hang out kitchen are all in the main house. Cabin has a queen bed and its own bath, yurt is a cool place to watch a movie or do yoga. Hard to show it all in pics but we can send a walk through video if you'd like.

Guest Access

Level entry from driveway to house. House is one level. 2 small steps into the master suite. Yurt is up a set of 4 stairs.

Neighbourhood

Multnomah Village and Hillsdale are close by with bakeries, coffee shops, pubs, stores and cafes. Downtown Portland or Beaverton are 10-12 minutes away. Forest Park and the zoo just 10 minutes.

Getting to my home

Beautiful PDX is the best place to fly into anywhere. You will need a car at our place as its not well served by transit.

We have a beautiful private forested retreat on a half acre in Portland. We've done several great exchanges in the Netherlands in the past, looking for Oakland/Berkeley options as we have family there. We are mostly retired, 58 and 62. We have a 12 year old Corgi named FInnegan who can travel with us.
