General Overview

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood 6km from the city center. You have many things to enjoy, especially the walks through its nearby streets and alleys finding bandurrias and teros on your way. Nearby there are streams and waterfalls that can be reached on foot or by some means of transport. The seasons of the year are well differentiated.

The Space

The house has two floors. Downstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The downstairs bathroom is smaller than the one upstairs, has a shower and is comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of light. The integrated living and dining room are spacious and have two armchairs and a TV for whatever you want to watch. The upper bathroom has a bathtub. Behind is the garden with a barbecue and a month set, chairs and parasol for the warm days of the year. On the upper floor there is another bathroom. It has an entrance to store the car.

Junín de los Andes at 40km, Lake Huechulafquen at 70km, Lake Lolog at 14km, Meliquina at 40km, Cerro Chapelco at 30km. Lake Lácar is 6km away and there is the center of San Martín de los Andes with many shops and places to visit. Also from there begins the path of the 7 lakes which is more beautiful than they say.
