Our home is a cozy, clean, and family-friendly space located in Tennessee near the Nashville area. It’s a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with plenty of room for families to relax and feel comfortable during their stay. The home includes a welcoming living room, dining room, breakfast nook, and a bonus room that gives extra space for kids to play, watch movies, or simply unwind after a day of exploring. One of our favorite parts of the home is the cozy front porch — the perfect place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. Outside, we have a fenced backyard that’s great for children and families, along with a beautiful front garden that adds so much charm and warmth to the home. We truly love creating a peaceful, inviting environment, and we hope guests will feel right at home here. Our home is comfortable, well cared for, and filled with warmth — a place designed for making family memories.

Aloha! We are the McPhie family — Shawn and Jennifer, along with our three beautiful children: Amarah (17), Aidan (12), and Liam (8). I was born and raised on Maui and spent my whole life there before moving to Tennessee. Maui will always feel like home to me, and one of the biggest reasons we are excited about house swapping is so I can share the island I grew up on with my children and create memories there together without the huge expense of traditional vacations. We are hoping to find home exchanges anywhere on Maui, but especially in the South Maui areas of Kihei and Wailea, since that’s where I grew up and where so many of my favorite memories are. We are looking for a home with at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comfortably fit our family of five. We are a respectful, family-oriented family who would treat your home with great care, just as we would hope ours would be treated. For us, this is about more than just travel — it’s about reconnecting with family roots, giving our children meaningful experiences, and hopefully creating long-term exchange friendships along the way.
