Located right on the border of West Hollyood and Beverly Hills, very close walking distance to Melrose, Beverly Hills Park, The Troubadour, West Hollywood center and not far from the Sunset strip. Restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops. But building is set back from the street, behind a gorgeous hedge, nice and private.
