My apartment is a comfortable open plan, single bedroom, light and airy with an elevated aspect on the 7th floor. There is a double bed fold out sofa in the lounge room for additional visitors.There is an elevator in the apartment block, conveniently located.
You can take in 180 degree views across to Mt Stuart the Sports Stadium and the city. There is an impressive view of Townsville’s iconic Castle Hill from the apartment entry.
My apartment is centrally located in Townsville. There is bus stop around the corner that takes you into the city in 5 minutes or a 15 minute walk. The sports stadium is a short walk from my home. The nearest supermarket is less than a kilometre from my apartment.

The Space

The apartment features a very generous sized balcony which features a six sat dining suite. This is a great place to take in the views while enjoying a refreshing breeze.
