General Overview

Modern 2 bed flat, child friendly, all at one level so suitable if you have a baby too (no stairs). The living has a sofa bed so the flat can accommodate till 5 persons. We live is Forest Gate, East London zone 3, 20/30 min from central London // 50 min from West London ( South Kensington/ Bond street) with the Elizabeth line, with also an access to the Overground line Suffragette going North London from East to West. We have a cozy flat with a small balcony exposed South East, a car park and a small communal shared garden at the back of the flat ( but nothing fancy, a patch of grass). The flat is kid friendly and on one level only, 2nd floor, no lift. The street is quiet, but note we are in front of a primary school so obviously you can hear the kids playing outside if the windows are opened. In Forest Gate, you will also be not far from Epping forest, Wanstead Park and flats, and at 20 min from Stratford International station to board a 1 h train to Whitstable, a very pretty sea side city! At 10 min from Forest Gate station, you have a nice Italian deli, a few cafés, pharmacies, supermarket, a Communal Garden maintained by volunteers and a nice local vibe. Note: we do not have a TV license, therefore you can only watch streaming or dvds. If you are looking for a quiet area to stay while enjoying everything London has to offer during the day, this might be your place!

Guest Access

Gated access with a fob, intercom, 2nd floor, no lift.

Notes

No smoking flat but you are allowed to smoke on the balcony as long as cigaret buds are safely managed and disposed of.
