Our home is a 3 story property, 10mins from Haarlem centre. 

It is located in a welcoming, family friendly street just North of the town. Parking is free in the street. 

The beach is a 10 min ride away by car, or 25 min cycle. 

Traveling into Amsterdam via public transport is easy and takes approx 35-45 mins.

The Space

The interior is modern, yet cosy, and has many areas designed to enable everyone to find a place to relax and enjoy their time. 

There are two childrens bedrooms, one adult bedroom, and a small "chill room" that has a small sofa bed. 

The house has all of the necessary utilities you would hope to have for an extended stay. 

There is also a front and back garden, and both get a good amount of sun all day.

Neighbourhood

A quiet, residential street. Friendly neighbours. Kids playing in the street. Low level traffic, so very safe.

Getting to my home

Either take an Uber from Schiphol airport (20 mins). Or take a train to Haarlem Station, and then a 10 min bus ride, followed by a 5 min walk.

Getting Around

There is a great network of public transport. There are many bus stops nearby, enabling you to quickly and easily get to Haarlem Centre.

Nice to meet you. We are a family of 5 - two mums and three children. 

We are Dutch/English, and have been living together in the Netherlands for the past 22 years. 

We work in creative industries in Amsterdam - film and music. Our home is a 20 min commute from the big city, and offers a calm, peaceful environment for the children to grow up in. It is very close to the beach and a few hidden lakes with a beach vibe. 

Our house is located in a really lovely neighborhood, made up of mostly families. The kids play out on the street, and the neighbours are kind and friendly.
