Numbeo has rated this city #1 for Best City in South America 2 years in a row. ✨ Our home This is a peaceful, well kept apartment in a private building of only 6 units, with working professionals as your neighbors (including the governor of Azuay). There is a storage space and parking spot, so you have privacy, space, and amazing views from every angle. The home itself is spacious, cozy, fully furnished, and thoughtfully designed for simple living. There is a home office setup if you need to work remotely. All utilities are included (water/electric/gas/internet). 📍 Location This neighborhood is called Puertas Del Sol, meaning "Doors of the Sun". The sun floods the apartment and you have natural light all day. You can walk to: - Riverfront on the Tombebamba - very peaceful and safe for walking/jogging/cycling - grocery stores and pharmacies - restaurants and cafes - 5 min walk to the Tramvia station - Only 10–15 minutes by taxi/Uber to the historic center (about $2 day/$3 night) Getting around is very easy: - Taxis and Uber - Public transport and tram access closeby - Highly walkable city 🏛️ Why Cuenca? 🌅The climate Sitting at 8,399 feet/ 2,500 meters above sea level - Cuenca enjoys a spring-like temperature year-round, with mild days and cool evenings—no extremes, just comfortable living all year. We have an apartment in Cuenca, Ecuador we could love to share with others, it is one of the loveliest places in South America, Ecuador has everything for nature lovers!
