General Overview

Our four bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a short drive from amenities, cafes, resturants and things to do. The area has plenty to offer, including local vineyards, Matakana Farmers' Market (world-famous in NZ!), beautiful regional parks, Goat Island Marine Reserve and animals to visit (such as the Reptile Park or Sheepworld). The house was built in 2021 and includes modern features such as air conditioning and an induction stovetop. Set in a semi-rural setting, you get the best of both worlds - peace and quiet while also being close to a range of activities and a bustling community.

Nicole

We are a family of 4 - kids currently 1 year old and 4 years old. We love spending time outdoors, adventure activities (which could be anything from discovering sea creatures in the rock pools at the beach, to going on bush walks). I am a teacher and my husband is a business owner/truck driver. We are new to exchanges but are quite keen to meet new people and travel.
