Stay in Sapporo and live like a local! Perched atop a hill in the peaceful and prestigious Maruyama area, this home offers a serene retreat surrounded by natural beauty. Stay here and experience the charm of Hokkaido through all four seasons, from vibrant springs to snowy winters. Because the house is located in a residential area, we prefer long term stays, preferably 1 month or more.

The Space

The house spans 135 sqm and offers three well-appointed bedrooms. Two of the rooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the third bedroom is ideal for larger groups or families, featuring four beds—two king-size and two twin beds—providing flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The house was fully and meticulously renovated in 2024, blending modern comfort with high-quality finishes throughout. The bedrooms and living areas feature solid teak wood flooring, while the hallways and spacious main bathroom are finished with elegant Italian marble. The large walk-in shower is designed for a luxurious experience, complete with both a separate shower head and body spray system. The property includes four bathrooms in total. Two of the bedrooms come with their own private bathrooms, while the home features one main shower area shared within the house.
