Our house is a huge and roomy 4-bed house right on the beachfront in sunny Mt Maunganui.

You can see the sparkling blue ocean from pretty much every room in the house. It's very special!

We have 4 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

The balcony off the living area is drenched in sunshine all day Lazy beachy breakfasts and sundowner drinks are perfect.

We've lived here with our 5 kids, most of them have now grown up and left home.
It's a comfy, family home. No preciousness here!

We've been collecting art from local artists for the last ten years, so the walls are a riot of colour.

We have a BMW station wagon which you are welcome to use.

The Space

Our house is on a big plot of land with space all around it and 180 degrees of insane ocean views. 
Mt Maunganui is one of the most desirable towns in New Zealand. 
It's where all the Kiwis come to holiday in the summer. 
The house is really welcoming and friendly.

We are Mat and Jenny. We live on the beachfront in glorious Mt Maunganui, New Zealand.
I own a software business and work remotely.
We love swimming and snorkelling in the ocean, skiing and hiking.
We're looking for house-swaps in  places we can ski. or be by the ocean.
