My apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined block in Midtown Manhattan, yet it's only a 15-minute walk to Times Square and the Broadway theaters. There's a park right outside the building, and Hudson River Park is just two blocks away, which is great for morning runs or sunset walks. You'll also find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars within a few minutes' walk, and all the major subway lines are nearby. It's the perfect spot if you want to be close to everything NYC offers but come home to some peace and quiet.
The Space
My apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the living room sofa works well for a third guest. I also have an inflatable queen-size bed just in case. Both rooms have smart TVs, and all appliances are smart and connected to Alexa. I live with my small, 8.5-year-old Toy Fox Terrier, and he travels with me. The apartment is also pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring yours.
Guest Access
This is a 12-story building with two elevators. My apartment is on the fourth floor. The building has a rooftop overlooking Midtown and the Hudson River, which is perfect for sunsets. There's also a shared patio with grills on the second floor and a small gym with cardio machines and free weights. A laundry room is available in the building for all residents.

Neighbourhood
The apartment is located in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen. Don't let the name scare you: this is a very safe, central neighborhood with skyscrapers, Broadway theaters, and countless cafes, restaurants, and bars. DeWitt Clinton Park is right across from the building, and Hudson River Park is a 3-minute walk away. Central Park and Times Square are each within a 15-20 minute walk.
Getting to my home
A taxi is the simplest option from JFK (FYI yellow cabs charge a flat fare to Manhattan). If you're comfortable with public transit, E train, runs directly from JFK to Manhattan. LaGuardia and Newark can also be easily reached by public transportation.
Nearest airport
LGA, JFK, EWR
Getting Around
Walking is the best way to get around, and three bike-share stations are within a block if you'd like to go for a ride. Public transportation and car shares are also easy to find nearby. Street parking is usually manageable, but you don't need a car in NYC.
