We have built an extension to capture the sun and some great indoor outdoor flow. Super close to the Tawa shops with great cafes and bars. Also close to the train for a quick 15 minute ride to Wellington city!

Hello! We are a family of 5 with 3 girls 6 and under (the little ones are identical twins). We live in Wellington and are keen for some house swap holidays to see more of NZ. We love caravanning in summer but winter calls for a house! We are new to this & a simultaneous swap would be ideal. School holidays would most likely be our time to get away.
