General Overview

We actually have multiple properties to choose from. For a direct exchange there is our 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet suburb 10 minutes from the city centre. It’s currently under construction due to be finished in October with all the modern appliances and luxury finishes. Then for a non-direct exchange we have two options: 1. Our countryside penthouse apartment (1 bed) away from the hustle a bustle with 360 views, giant terraces and 10 minutes from the seaside. And finally our Airbnb in the city centre - a one bedroom stylish apartment walking distance to the restaurants and bars - slightly Older and more lived in but guests thoroughly Enjoy it. All locations can come with the use of a car and a personal concierge service from your truly 🙂

The Space

Depending on the property you choose all have unique settings. Our home (3 bed) is the most family friendly. Photos to come. Our countryside penthouses are light and spacious with a separate living and fold Out couch and insane views across to the mountains. Photos to come very soon. Our central apartment (photos shared) is cosy and modern but a bit more lived in but easy walking distance to everything.

Neighbourhood

Latina is an amazing option if you’d like to visit Rome but not stay in the chaos (a 40 minute train ride away) and enjoy nature and mountains but also the seaside! Not many places offer both of these options. If you’re into more extreme sports there’s paragliding off the mountains. If you want a to relax there are vineyards with expansive views. If you’re a culinary expert then you can’t beat our real local recommendations. If you love history you’ll love the surrounding medieval villages including Sermoneta and San Felice Circeo not to new toon I Giardini di Ninfa And finally if you just want to enjoy the seaside, it’s a ten minute drive away from a blue flagged beach of 34km of coastline - and you can do boat trip excursions to the Pontine islands.

Annabelle

Hi! My name is Annabelle, I’m originally a New Zealander but live on the Tyrrhenian coast of Italy (about 40 minutes by train from Rome) with my husband and 2 year old. We run a family business in property development and work on various social causes for our local city. We travel a lot, including back to Waiheke Island every year to see my family and the UK often to see friends.
