Our house is very cozy, it has 3bedrooms, 2bathrooms and a small garden. It is located in a quit area of pine forest close to a beautiful beach (San Pietro a Mare). It has a private parking space too. The most famous white sand beaches in Sardinia are just 1h car drive. You will need a car in Sardinia to explore it fully. The closest airport is Alghero (1h drive), or Olbia (1h,20min), can swap cars too, or can lend you our car,that is parked directly at the Alghero airport for a fee of 40euro/day - to cover the parking costs. As it is our holiday home and we cannot be there personally, we have to order a cleaning lady for a fee of 80euro to clean the house and to ensure all bedsheets and towels are ready for you. We already have plans for this year except end December/ January searching a place to spend winter holidays at warm area close to the beach (especially Los Angeles, or Florida) or always willing to accept globes/plutos or non sim during 2027.
