General Overview

It is a loft with a full stairs going to a bedroom upstairs. I love the seagulls landing on my balcony from another open sky room off bedroom. I like light and space. It has many skylights. Very Zen. A mix of exposed brick (heritage Bldg) but modern Scandinavian feel. Heritage building suitable for a single person or couple..Floor to ceiling windows. Must add I would not recommend if you have trouble climbing stairs. The apartment itself has another set of stairs going to second level bedroom and bathroom. Street Parking and paid public parking Garage a block away.

The Space

People love this place. It is not big but comfortable for single or a couple . Well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer in hall . level 2 is a loft There is a very comfortable king bed. There is an open sky room off bedroom. One bathroom, tub and shower. Location; steps to everything…Victoria’s best restaurants, cafes, theatres, shops and Ocean walk. Our back stairs empties into Il Terrazz Italian Restaurant Terrace. The Theatre is two blocks, Market square across street. China Town 2 blocks, Inner harbour few blocks, Songhees walkway on ocean 2 minutes.

easy to find.. opposite market Square. fly to Victoria or Fly to Vancouver and Ferry. I suggest flight to Victoria.

easy. Everybody knows Market square. It is opposite this.

Nearest airport

YYJ Victoria Canada airport. People get off her thinking they are going to Australia. Get the correct Victoria (smile)
