General Overview

High on Napier Bluff, our guest apartment is nestled in a large coastal garden with unimpeded sea and port views. Our house is named after the Maori mermaid, Pania, whose reef is best seen from the clifftop at low tide. Opening out to the in-ground pool, the suite has been carefully decorated with just a little magic in mind. Take a swim, or choose a book from our 1000-book collection and sink into a bathtub or sun lounger.
