Life long outdoor adventurer, love immersing in nature in many ways, including hiking, backpacking, biking, nordic skiing, ocean and river kayaking. Lawyer involved with public interest advocacy protecting and advancing the rights of people with advanced illness. Passionate about the yoga tradition, in which I study, practice and teach in the Ashtanga(eight limb) tradition. Mother of one grown and thriving daughter whose work involves birthing babies. Love to travel and fell in love with Australia when visiting to present at a conference at a university in Brisbane, then traveled to the coast between Burleigh Head and Yamba, exploring tracks/trails/beaches and meeting wonderful people all along the way.
