Our home is a three bedroom, two and a half bath (1,800 sq ft) townhome in a resort style neighbourhood with tons of amenities!

It feels like a little slice of paradise surrounded by rolling hills with access to lots of playgrounds and parks, sports fields, a cafe, 2 bars, 3 free gyms, and 7 pools! You could never leave the neighbourhood and have an incredible holiday. But even better than that is the access to all of the amazing things Orange County has to offer!

Our home is 9 miles from San Clemente and Dana Point beaches. Just up the PCH is Laguna Beach and Newport Beach too. We are 30 minutes from DisneyLand, 45 minutes from Legoland, 1 hour from Universal Studios, 40 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm, and 1 hour from the famous San Diego Zoo.

We are right in the middle between LA and San Diego (1 hr each way) which is the perfect distance for a day trip. 

We have two king size beds, and a nursery with a crib. We have a single mattress we can put in the nursery instead or a queen sized air mattress with a memory foam topper. Our home is Southwest facing with lots of natural light and the best neighbours that all look out for each other!

The Space

We have a fenced in patio at the front with a table that seats 6 with market lights and a veranda upstairs with a day bed. 

The main floor is open concept with a kitchen island, smart TV, and a comfortable sofa. All three bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs (with separate WC for both).

Notes

We are available for a simultaneous swap August 19 - Sept 12. Our home is also available for a non-simultaneous swap from July 1-14 when we will be on a different trip. 

We do have a small 7 pound (non-shedding) poodle but will have other arrangements for her!

Jayden and her family were fantastic guests. This was our first time hosting, and we could not be happier. Very communicative and it all worked well. Our home was looked after and left in perfect shape just as we left it. We very much appreciated the flowers and chocolates and thank you card. My husband and I are from Canada (he's from the west, I grew up in the east) and 7 years ago we transferred with his work to sunny southern California and just welcomed our first baby this year after 13 years of marriage! I'm a wedding/family photographer, he's an accountant, and our baby is a full time smiler. We love exploring new places, trying new foods, and taking one million photos along the way. We've been to 5 continents together! Travel looks a bit different with a baby, but he's 7 months old and has already been to 4 countries and is the most happy/chill guy and loves to nap on the go. 

Our home is in an idyllic neighbourhood in Orange County— just 9 miles from the ocean and 30 minutes from Disneyland. Our neighbourhood has 7 heated pools, 3 gyms, a cafe, 2 bars, and lots of walking paths/trails. It’s perfect for a family vacation and the weather is gorgeous year round.
