The property is oceanfront with beach access, an oceanfront sauna, and gardens. We are located in a very small community  in North Cowichan (1.5 hr drive to Victoria).We have 2 homes on the property- hence able to offer non-simultaneous exchange. There is a studio suite(2 people plus a kid)

 The main home sleeps 4 comfortably, plus maybe a few kids if they like to get creative with the sleeping arrangements. The home is officially a 1 br (king bed) with sleeping nooks for additional guests. One nook is twin size, 2nd nook pulls out to be queen sized bed 

The community in North Cowichan and surrounding is vibrant and diverse with beautiful nature trails, farm to table dining, recreation activities on land and ocean and much more..

Dates are flexible by month and duration of stay. 

We have 2 homes on the property- hence able to offer non-simultaneous exchange. There is a studio suite(2 people plus a kid) or the main home that sleeps 4 comfortably, plus maybe a few kids if they like to get creative with the sleeping arrangements. This being said there is actually only one bedroom (there are other sleeping areas, but not in fully private bedrooms).

Car available- not a fancy one 😜

We are a middle aged couple, 4 cats and 1 border collie. We kindly ask you keep the cats fed and watered and we'll find alternative arrangements for the dog.
